Virtual Class Schedule

Dear Members,

We are pleased offer you the option of a Virtual Membership! We understand that although our doors are open, you may not be ready to come back in-person—and that’s ok! A Virtual Membership is a great way to stay connected and go farther with your fitness goals.

With a Virtual Membership, you will have a number of options to keep your fitness routine strong and your body healthy, all in a workout environment where you feel most comfortable. One of benefits of going virtual is access to a fantastic line-up of weekly classes, taught by your favorite MAC instructors.

Class Descriptions

Advanced Cardio – take your aerobic exercise to the next level if you are looking for a challenge to improve your cardiovascular conditioning.

Advanced Home Circuit – mainly floor based abs and planks, hip and buttocks tone, lunges, and upper body strength movements.

Barre Blast – class fused with Pilates, Ballet Barre and Cardio to target all major muscle groups. You will need a wall, chair or countertop space for this class.

Boot Camp – a mixture of strength exercises & cardiovascular training. Will work heart & lungs along with most of the major muscle groups. The session will include a warm up & cool down, involving total bodyweight exercises such as running in place.

Butt-n-Gut – target tone with exercises to strengthen the entire core and lower body. Emphasis on glutes using a range of exercises targeting both large and small muscles. No equipment needed.

Cardio Sculpt – a high energy circuit inspired class with explosive moves to work large muscles all over while engaging cardiovascular strength, push-ups, squats, and abdominals-the entire body is sculpted with no equipment.

Dharma Yoga – Traditional yoga classes of Dharma Mittra, world renowned yoga master. It’s a complete practice within every class and the choreography is the same for all of November and then advances to the next level in December. You will be able to clearly see progress. Hope you can join us!

Get Off The Couch Slouch – this routine consists of a combination of floor based abdominal exercises, cardio activity, balance and upper body strength movements.

High Intensity Interval Training – the session will consist of a warm up period, then several repetitions of high-intensity exercise separated by medium intensity exercise for recovery, then a cool down period; no equipment is required.

Low Impact Cardio – This class combines a variety of cardio activities and muscle toning all in one. Low impact exercises can be just as effective, without all the stress and strain.

Muscle Up – with a focus on total body strength, hypertrophy, and muscular endurance, this workout will bring the burn to new areas of the body each week. Using a combination of resistance bands, weights, and body weight exercises, Muscle Up is guaranteed to create a leaner toned physique.

Pilates – will help focus your mind and body. Classes will concentrate on stretching and elongating the spine, while strengthening your core. Build strength, flexibility, stability, balance and coordination while stretching and performing a number of muscle toning exercises.

Pilates for Golfers – This class will focus on building your core strength, flexibility, stability and balance. Which in turn, improves your game.
• Increase the range of motion in your hips, shoulders & spine.
• Improve your overall strength & balance.
• Learn how to engage your core.
• Stay well, stay strong stay on the course
Equipment: golf club, stability stick or broom suggested.

Total Body Conditioning – this free-form strength conditioning class is a total body workout that will target all major muscle groups while pushing you through a high energy format. In one hour, you will utilize your own body weight to perform compound exercises, utilizing superset principles and more.

Yoga – a challenging but fun class consisting of poses that are done in a flowing transition with a focus on core, strength, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, and an overall sense of well-being. The instructor will build upon basic yoga poses to target specific muscle groups while maintaining a safe alignment to help reduce the risk of injury.

Zumba – a uniquely energetic choreographed class where you will burn off calories while dancing to different kinds of lively tunes consisting of Latin-American types, as well as more modern types such as hip-hop.
