MAC’s SCULPT programs are designed to create length and definition from head to toe. Our holistic approach conditions every aspect of the human body, addressing each muscle group so together they become more dynamic, powerful, responsive, and attractive.

Circuit Class

A fast-paced class in which you do one exercise for a certain amount of time (e.g. 30 seconds to 3 mins) and then move on to another exercise. Everyone begins at a station (that is, a place where an exercise is done), and when the instructor yells “Time!” everyone moves to the next free station. The class alternates between aerobic activities like (stationary bike, treadmill, bodyweight & aerobic exercises) with muscle-strengthening weight machines.

Total Body Conditioning

This class will provide a full body workout that focuses equally on strengthening exercises, aerobic exercises and overall endurance. It will involve floor work on exercise mats and the use of free weights and other exercise equipment. Jump start your metabolism and have your body become a fat burning inferno.
