Bootcamp

Challenge yourself with this fast-paced, calorie-blasting workout, using the traditional boot camp style approach. Boot camp is geared toward all fitness levels. We work on strength, conditioning and total body fitness focusing on everything from functional movements, core work, and grip strength. If you are a busy professional with only a limited amount of time to exercise, this workout is all you need.

Cardio Sculpt

Cardio Sculpt is a fun, fast-paced fitness class that combines cardio exercises with muscle sculpting exercises, including the use of weights and barbells. This fitness class is designed to get your heart rate up and tone your muscles simultaneously, and will consist of several different exercise modalities during each phase of the class. Get ready to sweat!

Cycling
