Your core will be engaged the entire class and then targeted at the end. For the cool down, you will go through a series of stretches to increase flexibility and allow your muscles to recover. Classes are 55 minutes, and are based on some of the founding principles of ballet which are posture, core, strength and lengthening. The structure will also focus on developing those key chronic pain areas, such as the lower back, shoulders, knees, hips, and ankles. All exercises use bodyweight only.
